Is this just a trend, a trifle, or is there real value in pursuing such a study programme? It is expensive and demanding and it has high entry requirements, so why should you opt for an MBA?

An MBA (Master of Business Administration) can be a very beneficial qualification to take as it enhances both skills and knowledge in the finance sector. If you wish to attend a business school to study a Master in Business Administration, you may at first be put off with how demanding and expensive this program is, not to mention its high entry requirements. However, there are many good reasons for which it is worth studying for an MBA. Here is a detailed guide about how doing an MBA can benefit your career.

.The average salary for an MBA graduate is considerably higher than that of an employee with a regular master qualification. For MBA graduates the average salary ranges from 70.000 $ (in governmental or non-profit Institutions) to 120.000 $ (in consultancy, finance or healthcare). That is almost twice as much of what you can expect to earn with a regular University degree. Take risks...

Hey friends, let me know about you ...tell me how daring you are..? Do you like a simple and easy life or you like to take risks..? See, you have a choice you can make your life according to your wish, if you want to live your life just simply sitting on a chair and without moving your body and without any change so friends no need to anything, just live in your comfort zone, okay, or if you want to do something different then others, want to achieve something, want success, then you have to take risks in any condition

Actually life is a risk but only for those people who want change, otherwise you have a better option just go and take a rest in your whole life. But the fact is that hard workers never take a rest they never enjoy because they feel rested they feel enjoy while they work .

As children, we’re natural risk-takers. We’ll jump into the pool from a 12 foot ledge while our parents watch in horror, we’ll ask strangers wildly inappropriate questions because we just want to know the answer. As we get older, we learn to fear failure and therefore start holding ourselves back from attempting new things. Sadly, this prevents us from exploring and experimenting and GROWING to our full potential. Brain imaging technology actually verifies that humans are wired to be risk averse – we are much more comfortable in the status quo despite the threat of not growing and thriving . Why? More importantly, how can we push through this comfort zone and start taking more risks in life?

First of all about risks ....

Risk gives you an opportunity to open up to your talents, interests, abilities and dreams

~ Risk gives you an opportunity to open up to your talents, interests, abilities and dreams.

~ Risk teaches you to set clear goals and follow through.

~ Risk allows you to feel powerful and proactive, making things happen rather than waiting for them to happen to you.

~ Risk opens you up to new ideas, skills, opportunities and experiences.

~ Risk allows you to grow and discover new things about yourself and the world, to develop your strengths and talents.

~ Risk allows you to conquer your fears.

~ Risk is exhilarating. It makes you come alive

"Do the one thing you think you cannot do. Fail at it. Try again. Do better the second time. The only people who never tumble are those who never mount the high wire. This is your moment. Own it".      Oprah Winfrey

Why we afraid of taking risk..?
  1.  we dont want to be fail.
  2. people will reject me.
  3. what people wil say if i would be fail.
  4. I will get hurt.
  5. Its not my cup of tes.
  6. I dont want change.
  7. i am happy in my comfort zon.
  8. No one can laugh on me.
  9. I am not fit for this.
  10. That person is better then me.

Fear of failure is one of the biggest fears that people have when taking a risk. Fear of failure is closely linked to fear of rejection, change and humiliation. We are afraid of what others will think of us and that we will not be good enough. Most people limit themselves from achieving what they are truly capable of because they are afraid of failure.
When we focus on the possibilities of failure, rejection or humiliation, it fills our attention and all we want to do is avoid the situation. If you have a tendency to focus on these factors, you will begin to avoid taking risks subconsciously and you will lose track of the benefits and the things that you can gain from taking the risk.

The benefits of risk taking....

Walt Disney quotes:
“Our dreams can come true – if we have the courage to pursue them”

  • Taking risk push yourself to learn new things.
  • Taking risk make you powerful in any field.
  • taking risk make you more more creative.
  • Taking risk can give you a positive result.
  • Taking risk make you easy to take decision.
  • Taking risk remove your negetive thoughts
  • Taking risk make you free about what people think if you would be fail.

So friends go ahed in your life , take risk and    " NEVER SAY NEVER"

I hope friends you would like this post and will definitly use in your life.

Do you have a dream..?

Hello friends.... How are you all? Good..? Hey, that's great. Yes, yes I am also fine. Now lets talk about todays topic.Actually yesterday night I had a dream. I became a successful businesswoman  in a company i was so happy, but when I woke up there was nothing like that in my life, I felt sad, but suddenly I have decided that it's my dream, it's my wish to become successful in the corporate world so i thought that I will make my dream true .So friends you tell me.....

Yes, you have? Ok then tell me what are you doing to make your dream become true ? Hun. Actually each person in this world has their dreams . Dreams about.....

But its depend on us that what we are doing, and how we are doing to achieve this success . Its good to see dreams ,may be you want to be like bill gates , maybe you want to be a singer like Lata Mangeshkar , maybe you want be a great president like Obama . Its your dream, whatever you want you can see in your dream but nothing can't be happened only seeing dreams right..?. You have to add your hard work with your dream, then only you can achieve your success...

there are some tips to help you that how can you make your dream true...

Your dreams...Everything begins in the heart and mind. Every great achievement began in the mind of one person. They dared to dream, to believe that it was possible. Take some time to allow yourself to ask “What if?” Think big. Don’t let negative thinking discourage you. You want to be a “dreamer.” Dream of the possibilities for yourself, your family and for others. If you had a dream that you let grow cold, re-ignite the dream! Fan the flames. Life is too short to let it go.

Believe in your dreams...Yes, your dream needs to be big. It needs to be something that is seemingly beyond your capabilities. But it also must be believable. You must be able to say that if certain things take place, if others help, if you work hard enough, though it is a big dream, it can still be done. Good example: A person with no college education can dream that he will build a $50 million-a-year company. That is big, but believable. Bad example: That a 90-year-old woman with arthritis will someday run a marathon in under three hours. It is big all right, but also impossible. She should instead focus on building a $50 million-a-year business! And she better get a move on!

See your dreams, feel your dreams...
The great achievers have a habit. They “see” things. They picture themselves walking around their CEO office in their new $25 million corporate headquarters, even while they are sitting on a folding chair in their garage “headquarters.” Great free-throw shooters in the NBA picture the ball going through the basket. PGA golfers picture the ball going straight down the fairway. World-class speakers picture themselves speaking with energy and emotion. All of this grooms the mind to control the body to carry out the dream.

Share your dream with everyone...One reason many dreams never go anywhere is because the dreamer keeps it all to himself. It is a quiet dream that only lives inside of his mind. The one who wants to achieve their dream must tell that dream to many people. One reason: As we continually say it, we begin to believe it more and more. If we are talking about it then it must be possible. Another reason: It holds us accountable. When we have told others, it spurs us on to actually doing it so we don’t look foolish.

Make plan for yor your dream...Every dream must take the form of a plan. The old saying that you “get what you plan for” is so true. Your dream won’t just happen. You need to sit down, on a regular basis, and plan out your strategy for achieving the dream. Think through all of the details. Break the whole plan down into small, workable parts. Then set a time frame for accomplishing each task on your “dream plan.”

Work for your dream...Boy, wouldn’t life be grand if we could quit before this one! Unfortunately the successful are usually the hardest workers. While the rest of the world is sitting on their sofas watching reruns of Gilligan's Island, achievers are working on their goal—achieving their dream. I have an equation that I work with: Your short-term tasks, multiplied by time, equal your long-term accomplishments. If you work on it each day, eventually you will achieve your dream.

Feel your success, enjoy it...When you have reached your goal and you are living your dream, be sure to enjoy it. In fact, enjoy the trip, too. Give yourself some rewards along the way. Give yourself a huge reward when you get there. Help others enjoy it. Be gracious and generous. Use your dream to better others. Then go back to No. 1. And dream a little bigger this time.

So dear friends i think you would like this post and i am sure it will definitely help you to achieve your goal , your success..

Don't worry .....

HELLOOOO....
My dear friends. How are you all Han...? What..? Not well... ;(....
What happened? Ok, ok "EXAMS" now I got everything, you all scare with exam right.? But friends I would like to tell you one thing that exams are not to scare you only to test you. So  need to scare ok.

Its correct that major causes of stress for students are exams. There are students who commit suicide just because of exam stress. Exam fear and exam anxiety are things which are common among students of all age groups. Some are capable of handling exam fear and exam stress in their won way. Some fall prey to effects of exam stress and go to depression, perform badly in exams or even take extreme measures. Sometimes, the exam pressure can give you panic attacks. A lot of people find that the stress before exams is often worse than the actual exam and it can be made even worse if they have older brothers or sisters who have already done well and feel they have to match up to their standards.

But friends today i am going to share with you some very important tips  to remove this exam fear it will help you to get rid from the exam .
  • Make a realistic revision timetable and stick to it...Start planning it well before the exams begin. Don’t leave revision to the last minute.

Make brief notes of your books...Make your own  notes and essays to make them easier to digest quickly, especilly if you don't like the subject or find it difficult.

Be Brave...If thought of failure is disturbing too much, don’t lose temper and think “No one is going to shoot me if I fail in exam. Think I am trying my level best no matter if I fail. Think that many other students are also appearing in the exam, if the paper will be difficult, it will be equally difficult for all, not for only me. Take things light during exam and start your study rather paying attention to things which increase your stress.

Have strong faith in your God...Don’t disappoint and have trust in your God that he will do well to you.

Start preparation from the beginning of the session...
Start your study and preparation from the beginning of the session, do not wait until the exam starts. If you are fully prepared for exam, you would have no fear during exam. So to avoid exam stress you should start your efforts from the first day of session.

have good food...its not only about examination but we should always have good and healthy food , its necessory for our mind and for our body , if we are having a healthy food then we can easily concentrate on our work.

Listen to Music...

For pretty much all of my tests at Anderson, every professor has been fine with students listening to music during a midterm or final exam.  Good music helps you concentrate on the task at hand and encourages you to work faster.  This is especially helpful for exams with built in time pressure.  Ask your professor if he or she is okay with it first; if so, download a playlist of music that helps you work.

Do exercise...no doubt that exercise is a good madicine for everyone who want to make there body and mind fit .

You have done your study well and eaten breakfast, but you have forgotten many things that you have learned, you have tried almost everything to increase your memory. So now its time to try  exercise you will feel a good change in your body and in your brain .

Be happy...
Every Exam In Our Life Makes Is Better Or Bitter.
Every Difficulty Makes Us Or Breaks Us
The Choice Is Ours Whether We Want
Come As Victorious Or A Victim.

group study....group study is a better option if you are feeling boare and not getting anything , make a group of some students with them you feel comfortable.

Talk with friends...sometimes we feel depressed because of our overloaded study, at that time we should talk with our friends and should try to come out from the exam and study fear.

Hard work...    Pay attention in class.
                                      Take good notes.
Make studying a part of your habits.
                                   Ask about the exam format.
                                   Understand your goals.
                                       Get a good night's sleep.

here is a motivational video it will teach you that how to study and how to get good markes.
